Reflections.
These aren’t blog posts. They’re fragments. Observations. The words that arrive when no one’s asking for them.
Some are written from the stillness of early morning. Some come when I’ve had enough noise. All of them hold a piece of what I’ve been learning about living slower, trusting deeper, and choosing what’s best over what’s expected.
If one of them finds you, may it bring a little exhale.
The Heart of Solacove
Some spaces are built to be seen. Others are built to be felt. Solacove was always meant to be the latter.
Solacove was created from the truest place within me.
It was never meant to be just another offering.
It is and will always be my heartbeat.
Before Solacove, I built other spaces, Love, Comfort & Hope, akindertomorrow, and embraceRENEW, and while I loved the design, I often felt unsettled.
The messages were good, but pieces were missing.
I could feel it: something was unfinished.
Solacove is different.
It feels whole.
It feels at peace.
It feels final, in the most graceful way.
I built Solacove for the woman I am becoming:
Rooted in faith.
Committed to grace.
Quietly devoted to living a life that honors what matters most.
The name itself carries meaning:
• Sola — solace, a quiet resting place.
• Cove — a protected space, carved by nature.
Together: Solacove — a protected place of peace.
The symbol, a hand-drawn circle with three seeds, holds personal truth:
—The circle, a hug.
—The three seeds, my three children, were born through my own IVF journey.
—It echoes the simple phrase we share each day:
" Three kisses and a hug.”
Every element of Solacove is intentional:
The wheat imagery honors resilience, provision, and quiet strength.
The language offers presence instead of promises.
The care is not manufactured, it is lived.
"No gimmicks. No false hopes.
Only true care, tenderly tended."
At its core, Solacove was created because I believe:
People don’t need to be sold to.
They don’t need to be rushed, fixed, or persuaded.
They need to be seen.
They need to be heard.
They need spaces that meet them where they are
without asking anything in return.
I will protect the heart of Solacove.
No matter how the world shifts.
No matter how loud the noise becomes.
No matter how much pressure there is to scale or expand.
Because at the end of the day, what I am building is not just a company.
It’s a living offering.
It’s a cove — held open for whoever needs it most.
It’s a legacy built on faith, care, and quiet trust.
